OAAN Holds 2010 Poster Awards

Plans are in top gear for the 2010 Outdoor Advertising Association of Nigeria (OAAN) Exhibition and poster Awards. The awards will hold on the 20th of October at Eko Hotel and Suites Lagos.

Speaking on the format the awards will take this year, Terry Otuya, chairman business relation committee of the awards says it will not only have an exhibition segment but also will introduce a new category which will reward the most innovative Out-of-Home company. He further explains that corporate sponsorships which accumulate to the tune of N5million per category would be expected from intending sponsors.

Pointing out that this year’s awards would have an international twist, Bankole Ademulegun, President of OAAN mentions that international advertising practitioners from countries like Togo , Morocco , Ghana , Benin Republic and FEPE International would be represented at the event.

Some of the fourteen categories that will be awarded include, Diary Products, Foods& Beverages, Alcoholic Drinks, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Grand Poster Award and Most Community Service relations .
