Multichoice Introduces DSTV Access for Mass Market

Multichoice Nigeria, owners of DSTV, has launched a market offering of N1500 naira.

During the official launch, recently, in Lagos State, Joe Hunda, MD, Multichoice Nigeria says: “One of our dreams is to make DSTV very accessible to everybody. It has now been officially confirmed that our products are the cheapest in Nigeria. And we shall continue to ensure that DSTV gets to every Nigerian household at the most friendly price.”

Donald Etim, Head of Marketing, Multichoice, adds: “This is our own way of saying DSTV should be in every home. When we offered our customers the N4500 product, they said it was expensive. We brought it down to N2500 for the family and they commended it but still asked for something more affordable. Now we are offering DSTV Access of over 25 channels at N1500. I think everybody can afford it.”

It was equally disclosed that the channels could be increased or reduced based on consumer demand.
