Industrialist Bemoans Multiple Taxation

The MD/CEO of Mouka foam, Peju Adedajo says the inability of companies to address effectively some social challenges within their vicinity is as a result of the many taxes imposed on them by Government. 
In an interactive session with members of the press at the Mouka ‘buy one get one free’ draw held recently, Adedajo condemned the practice of multiple taxes stating that it cuts deep into the profit margins of companies thereby making it difficult for companies to address some social challenges within their jurisdiction.
She called on the federal, states and local governments to come together to harmonize the existing tax regime in the country so that companies would not have to pay the same tax across board. 
A total number of 50 persons emerged winners at the draw. Their ticket numbers will be published on the national dailies so that they can redeem their prices whenever they want to.
