Zain Invests $25 Million in Customer Care Expansion Projects
Zain Nigeria has revealed that it has invested over $25m in far-reaching initiatives to enhance its performance in the provision of superior customer service to its customers.
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Zain Nigeria, Khaled Khorshid, revealed that the current expansion drive has resulted in the completion of a state-of-the-heart Call Centre in Abuja, adding that the company’s current functional Call Centres have also been revamped.
Khorshid, who was speaking recently at a Breakfast Meeting with telecoms reporters in Lagos, said the move was an attestation to Zain’s commitment of creating a ‘Wonderful World’ for all its customers.
“At Zain, we are totally committed to our customers. Our core values inspire us to treat our customers as kings and that is why we will always go the extra mile to meet their needs and expectations whenever they visit any of our service touch points,” the COO said. The Congress’s theme is “Rebranding, Repositioning or Repairing Nigeria”. The theme was chosen to further provide a professional platform for a robust intellectual and practical discourse on the Federal Government’s effort of rebranding Nigeria.
