Tantra, another Erotic Drink Comes to the Nigerian Market

M2 market survey last week reveals a new addition to the energy drink category of beverage drinks. The new drink, Tantra Erotic Drink, formulated to enhance sexual arousal in both male and female, is a product of Austria, imported and distributed by Tantra Beverages Ltd.

The erotic drink, among other things, contains ginseng root extract and schizandra, a herb said to be the unique selling point for the erotic drink because of its ability to stimulate human sex organs and enhance arousal in both men and women.

Tantra comes in an all red 330ml aluminium bottle-shaped container with a pull-back cock. A pack contains 12 bottles and sells for N4, 300 while a bottle sells for N350. Asked if the price is not too high for a new product which definitely has competitors in the market already, Miss Pamela, one of the sales girls who were at Ojuwoye Market in Mushin to introduce and sample the erotic drink, said that the price may be adjusted depending on the outcome of the on-going exercise.

Going further on the attributes of Tantra, she said that it can also be taken like any other beverage drink besides its primary function of promoting sexual arousal.
