Etisalat’s Allen Customer Care Centre Booms

The newly opened Etisalat Customer Care Centre at Allen Avenue, Ikeja is witnessing a boom in terms of customer patronage.

The magazine’s call at the centre reveals that people are flocking there, being attracted by the promo the telecom company is running to forcefully announce its arrival in the location.

The promo is geared towards identifying with subscribers and becoming acquainted with them. Speaking on the ongoing promo, a source in the Customer Care Centre tells M2 that “part of our plans is to meet our subscribers’ needs, and we’ve come to discover that lots of them need special assistance in terms of knowing how Etisalat (service) is being operated. This is why we have decided to open a branch in Allen and this happens to be our primary aim.”

At the customer service centre, lots of gift items such as Etisalat customised note pads, pens and free airtime, pressing irons, generating sets etc are being given out freely. Customers qualify to win any of these if a certain amount of Etisalat recharge card is purchased or any other transaction is made. Telephone handsets are also being sold on discount to customers.
