Cadbury Nigeria Board Meets

Following the recent acquisition of Cadbury International, Cadbury Nigeria has concluded plans to hold its board meeting in the first week of February, 2010.
Mr Kufre Ekanem, who made this known in an exclusive interview with M2 says: “We are going to have our board on the February 2, 2010. The outcome of meeting will influence management decision on the step and direction to take in the face of the global plan of action.”
However, Mr Ekanem did not comment on the recent acquisition stating that it was too early to take a position on an acquisition that is barely one month.
