BMO Gets Training on Advocacy

The Management Staff of the Business Membership organization has undergone a one week training programme on policy advocacy, membership recruitment and retention, organized by a foreign NGO - Enhancing Nigerian Advocacy for a Better Business Environment (ENABLE).
The programme, aimed at empowering the business membership body with the necessary skills needed to make concise and precise policies that will gain the support of government had facilitators from Canada, Germany and a Nigerian-based consultant, Omowunmi Gbadamosi.
Armed with the knowledge on policy advocacy, the BMO says it will be more proactive in tabling the interest of Entrepreneurs who they represent before the government for onward implementation.
