Automobile Dealers Relocation Imminent

The Lagos State government has reiterated its desire to relocate automobile dealers in the state. According to the Lagos State Commissioner for Commerce and Industries, Hon. Adeniyi Oyemade, “plans have been concluded to relocate the automobile dealers in Lagos State to the proposed ultra modern market at Mowo, Badagry. This is to sanitize Lagos by getting rid of the indiscriminate display and sales of automobiles, particularly on the roads.” 

Going further, Oyemade explains that the relocation will go a long way in reducing road setbacks in terms of environmental degradation that affects the free flow of traffic. “We want Lagos to become the Mega City it ought to be,” he added.
