2010 Broadcast and Film Africa Conference Holds in Kenya
Plans are underway for the 2010 Broadcast and Film Africa Conference scheduled for July 28-29 in Nairobi, Kenya. The 2-day event which will have key industry players in attendance will afford participants the opportunity to share knowledge, network and do business.
Topical issues to be discussed at the conference include the liberalization of broadcast markets, new technologies in broadcast programming, threats in the new media landscape, competition for premium rights and new ways of sustaining audience participation and attracting new advertising.
Target participants are senior broadcast executives, producers, advertising agency executives, regulators and policy-makers. They will discuss the challenges faced by the industry and formulate strategies to guide film and broadcasting in Africa over the next five years.
