V-ICY OUT WITH “PADASILE”

The Nigerian music industry is set to celebrate another hip-hop and Rand B sensation in the person of V-ICY. His hit single titled “PADASILE” is currently making waves in radio stations. According to V-ICY, the video will be out this week, while the full album will be out in January 2010.

Songs in the album include Sweet Me, Adanma, Koboko, Papa, Tell Me, Relax and many more. “My music is for both the young, the old and cuts across gender,” he tells M2.

For Icy, music is a hobby. He admits having dreamt of being a musician while growing-up. “I try to make people see the positive side of life in my music, and also encourage the hopeless,”  he states.

Commenting on the Nigerian music industry, he said the industry is doing so well, with the likes of P-Square, D-Banj, Tu-face, Faze, Nice and others, “it’s only a matter of time before we get there,” V-ICY concludes.
